As of today, two tracks ("Dry Winds" and "Shining") from Modis Chrisha's upcoming album "Lost in the Desert" can be enjoyed in an exclusive premiere on IndieGuild Radio (All Artists Channel, Horizontal Channel, Ambient Channel) and on the artists's own directory page. "Lost in the Desert" is a concept album which explores the emotions aroused on finding yourself alone in the desert. It describes in Chrisha's hallmark musical style the initial thrill and wonder at the vast meditative silence of the dunes, the onset of fear and worry as darkness sets in and the air temperature suddenly drops, and the return of calm serenity as the sun rises again the following day.

Pete Crossland, aka "Antiqcool", finds it quite difficult to describe himself as an artist, and the music he creates. Although he tinkers with other instruments, he feels most at home playing acoustic or electric guitar, he's been playing on and off since he was six years old, so it’s become a big part of who he is now. The idea for a song can start with a few words, or a guitar riff and Pete spends many hours recording basic ideas that sound interesting, then overdubbing other guitar parts, until he hears something that sounds right. If he gets goosebumps, it’s usually a good sign. If you, the listener, play the finished song and get goosebumps, then he's done a good job.
